For each stay, 1 SET of towels is provided for each guest and 1 SET of sheets for each bed that will be used

Meals are NOT provided, but the kitchen is complete with utensils

Lyn answered all our questions many times, helped with information.
The apartment have a very good location, close to supermarkets, restaurants, McDonald's, laundry, park, and walking to the sea is very useful, because pizza in Italy is very tasty! :)

The medieval city of Nettuno, with its characteristic burgh, can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. There are various places where you can spend the evening with many local young people and families.

Anzio

The city of Nerone and many cardinal villas is 10 minutes away by car and can be reached in 5 minutes by regional train. Interesting places to visit and shops for great shopping!

Rome

The city of Rome is located just 70km from the house, it can be reached in about an hour both by car and by regional train, whose Nettuno station is only 300 meters from the house

Beach and Sea

The sea is only 300 meters from the house and can be reached by comfortable ways. Nearby there are numerous bathing establishments, some even with a tasty restaurant service for lunch and dinner
